Hapus Akun Papan Kerja / Delete Your Papan Kerja Account

Halaman ini menjelaskan cara menghapus akun Papan Kerja (aplikasi dari PT Papan Kerja Nusantara) beserta data yang dihapus dan yang tetap disimpan.

Cara menghapus akun dari aplikasi

1. Buka aplikasi Papan Kerja dan masuk ke akun Anda.
2. Buka tab Profil, lalu ketuk ikon Pengaturan.
3. Ketuk Hapus Akun.
4. Ketik delete untuk konfirmasi, lalu ketuk Hapus Akun.

Akun Anda langsung dihapus dan tidak bisa dikembalikan.

Aplikasi akan menolak penghapusan sampai:

• saldo dompet yang masih dapat dicairkan sudah ditarik dan tidak ada penarikan yang sedang diproses;
• tidak ada tugas yang belum selesai, baik sebagai Pemberi Tugas maupun Pekerja, termasuk tugas yang masih dibuka menunggu pelamar, sedang berjalan, menunggu konfirmasi, atau dalam negosiasi, keberatan, maupun sengketa;
• akun tidak sedang ditangguhkan, diblokir, atau dalam proses penghapusan oleh Tim Papan Kerja (hubungi kami lebih dulu);
• bila akun dikunci karena pembatalan berulang dan saldo dompet Rp35.000 atau lebih, saldo tersebut tidak dapat Anda tarik sendiri; hubungi kami agar saldo dicairkan melalui persetujuan Tim Papan Kerja atau akun dibuka kembali.

Sisa saldo di bawah batas minimum penarikan (Rp35.000) yang tidak dapat dicairkan akan hangus saat akun dihapus.

Tidak bisa membuka aplikasi?

Kirim email ke support@papankerja.com dengan subjek “Permintaan Hapus Akun” dari email yang terhubung dengan akun Anda, atau sertakan nomor telepon yang terdaftar. Kami akan memverifikasi bahwa Anda pemilik akun, memproses penghapusan paling lambat 30 hari, lalu memberi tahu Anda setelah selesai.

Data yang langsung dihapus

• Profil: nama, foto profil, nomor telepon, tanggal lahir, email
• Foto KTP, selfie, dan data verifikasi identitas
• Rekening bank / e-wallet untuk pencairan dana
• Lamaran kerja yang tidak diterima (masih menunggu, ditolak, ditarik, atau dilepas)
• Perkiraan area Anda untuk notifikasi tugas di sekitar, daftar pengguna yang Anda blokir, dan token notifikasi perangkat

Data yang tetap disimpan untuk sementara

Data berikut tetap disimpan setelah akun dihapus, sebagian karena kewajiban hukum, lalu dihapus otomatis ketika jangka waktunya berakhir:

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Papan Kerja app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profil tab and tap the Settings (Pengaturan) icon.
3. Tap Hapus Akun (Delete Account).
4. Type delete to confirm, then tap Hapus Akun.

Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be restored.

The app refuses deletion until:

• any wallet balance that can still be withdrawn has been withdrawn and no withdrawal is processing;
• you have no unfinished job, as Task Poster or Worker, including a job still open for applicants, in progress, awaiting confirmation, or in negotiation, objection, or dispute;
• the account is not suspended, banned, or being deleted by the Papan Kerja Team (contact us first);
• if the account is locked for repeated cancellations and the wallet balance is Rp35,000 or more, you cannot withdraw that balance yourself; contact us so it can be paid out with the Papan Kerja Team’s approval or the account can be unlocked.

A remaining balance below the minimum withdrawal amount (Rp35,000) that cannot be withdrawn is forfeited when the account is deleted.

Can’t open the app?

Email support@papankerja.com with the subject “Permintaan Hapus Akun” from the email linked to your account, or include your registered phone number. We will verify that you own the account, complete the deletion within 30 days, and let you know when it is done.

Data deleted immediately

• Profile: name, profile photo, phone number, date of birth, email
• KTP photo, selfie, and identity-verification data
• Payout bank / e-wallet accounts
• Job applications that were not accepted (pending, rejected, withdrawn, or released)
• Your approximate area used for nearby-job notifications, your block list, and device notification tokens

Data kept for a limited time

The following data is kept after account deletion, partly because of legal obligations, and then deleted automatically when its period ends:

Wallet and payment transaction history	11 years (tax and bookkeeping minimum of 10 years)
Completed, cancelled or expired jobs, including their objections and disputes, with the completed application	5 years after the job completes, is cancelled, or expires (Government Regulation 80/2019 Article 25)
Job chat messages for jobs with a hired Worker, and any Q&A chats that still exist, whether you were the applicant or the Task Poster (for example on a job that expired or was taken down and that you did not delete)	5 years after the chat is archived; a Q&A chat that never received a message is kept with no automatic time limit, unless the application is rejected or withdrawn, another Worker is accepted, the Task Poster cancels the job before anyone is accepted, or the Task Poster deletes a job that expired or was cancelled without an accepted Worker
Direct messages from or to the Papan Kerja Team	5 years after the last message
Messages to the Papan Kerja Team through the Help menu, and reports against users, including the evidence copy saved with a report (chat messages, chat photos and job photos)	5 years after creation
Star ratings you gave or received	Rating records 5 years after creation; stars you gave keep counting in the rated user’s average unless that average is recalculated after the record has been deleted
Job photos and proof of work	90 days after the job completes, is cancelled, or expires, or about 5 years after upload if the job had an objection or dispute; copies saved as report evidence are kept 5 years after the report was made
Chat photos and media	365 days after upload; copies saved as report evidence are kept 5 years after the report was made
In-app notification history	90 days after creation
Audit log of Papan Kerja Team actions and the record that your account was deleted	365 days
Action rate-limit and daily withdrawal-limit records	2 to 90 days
Payout-account validation attempt records and unresolved internal system alerts	No automatic time limit (alerts: until resolved, then 30 days)
Server technical logs	30 days
Your account ID in the block lists of other users who blocked you	No automatic time limit; removed when that user unblocks you or deletes their account
Internal transaction-reconciliation records (containing account IDs)	365 days after last recorded; a record of job funds still being held is re-recorded daily until the problem is resolved
Temporary copy of a job post awaiting direct payment	Deleted automatically about 1–2 days after creation; photos uploaded for a post that never went live are deleted automatically about 7–14 days after upload, including after account deletion
Temporary records of in-app action results (idempotency keys, containing account IDs), including this account deletion	Deleted automatically about 24 hours after creation
OTP sending records containing the phone number	Deleted automatically within about 1–2 days
System backups	Up to 14 weeks, then deleted automatically
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data	Per Google’s retention settings; not deleted with the account

Your name may remain on those job, application, chat, and report records, but your profile photo is removed from all of them. Full details are in the Privacy Policy, section 7.
